Instructions
  1. Place eggs into a pot that allows the eggs to not overlap. Then fill with warm water until the eggs are covered by 1 inch of water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil. Then remove and cover for 6 minutes.
  3. Quickly discard the water and shock the eggs in cold water.
  4. Using the back of a spoon, make cracks over your eggs.
  5. In the same pot bring all the ingredients to a simmer (excluding the eggs) for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the pot from heat and place the eggs into the pot. Allow the eggs to steep overnight.
  7. Peel and enjoy!
