Unsalted Butter
Plus more for coating

Powdered Sugar
Use 3/4th cup if you don’t want it as sweet. Plus more for garnish.

Heavy Cream

Unsalted Butter
Instructions
Chocolate Ganache
Heat up your heavy cream to a simmer and pour it over your chocolate chips and butter.
Mix until everything is fully incorporated.
I placed mine in a squeeze bottle but you can do what ever you want with it…as long as it ends up on the plate.
Lava Cake
Preheat your oven to 425F
Brush your ramekins with melted butter then coat with flour. Make sure to shake off any extra flour.
Throw your unsalted butter and Chocolate into a bowl and melt in the microwave (20 second intervals).
Mix in the powdered sugar until fully incorporated. Then the egg and egg yolks. Then the flour and salt.
Divide your mixture evenly into your ramekins and bake for 13-15 minutes. The center will still be wobbly.
Invert the ramekin onto a plate and serve.
