  1. Throw everything into a pan/pot set over medium heat.
  2. Simmer until the mangoes are soft and only 1/4th of the liquid remains.
  3. Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the taste with sugar and lemon juice at this point. Finally, Strain through a sieve to remove the tough fibers.
  4. You may use this sauce hot or place it in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Recipe Notes

You may keep the seeds in if you want. It will make this sauce significantly hotter.

Add 1 tbsp of water when blending if you want a thinner sauce.
