Instructions
  1. Mix the balsamic, extra-virgin olive oil and salt together. Then toss it with the arugula.
  2. Top with what ever your heart desires.

Red Onions need to be sliced and soaked in ice water for at least 15 minutes to take the “rawness” away.

Pistachios: I highly recommend getting the ones that are still in the shell. They taste a lot better.
