  1. Freeze the steak for 30-45 minutes. Be careful not to freeze for too long or the steak will be too firm to cut.
  2. Trim the fat and dice the steak into 1/8 inch cubes.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and plate.
  4. Reflect back on how easy and fast this dish came together.
Recipe Notes

This dish is amazing with crackers or thin, crunchy bread. I served mine with sesame crackers and a few sprigs of cilantro. I definitely recommend you do the same!
