Cut into thin strips

Avocado
Cut into 12 strips.
Spicy Crab

Imitation Crab Stick

Mayo
Preferably Kewpie Brand

Sriracha

Scallion
Sriracha
Masago
Toasted Panko

Unsalted Butter

Instructions
Spicy Crab
Note on the Imitation Crab Stick: It is best to use sushi grade.
Cut the pieces into 2 inch pieces and shred.
Squeeze out any excess water with some paper towels.
Mix together all the ingredients for “Spicy Crab ” and set aside.
Roasted Panko
Melt In a pan set over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
Add in the panko and stir until the crumbs are golden brown (3-5 minutes). Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Veggie Roll
Place a half sheet of roasted nori (shiny side down) and cover with rice.
Flip over and place the avocado slices and cucumber a little below the middle of the sheet.
Roll and squeeze, making a square shape with the hands.
Cut the rolls into even sized pieces.
Top with the spicy crab and torch (optional).
