Separate the filling evenly between two slices of bread.
Over low-medium heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter.
Place the bread in the pan and top with another piece of bread. Fry until the bottom is a nice golden brown (2-4 minutes depending on how hot your pan is).
Remove the bread, melt another tbsp of butter and place the sandwich back in the pan on the other side.
Fry until golden brown (2-4 minutes). You may also want to place a lid on to help the cheese melt but I found that it melted either way.
Repeat for the second sandwich.

You may hold these in an oven set at 200 F if you do not plan to eat them right away.
